Super Nintendo World Coming to Orlando Florida!

Universal Studios Florida and Nintendo have been working hard for over a year now and they’re busy right now grading and clearing the land for an epic new theme park!
The Epic Universe last week filed brand new construction plans for a Nintendo section of the new theme park with Orange County Florida, and thanks to record that was pulled, we now have the site plans for the area. It was officially announced back in August that Epic Universe was rumored to feature four different “themed” lands, one of them being Super Nintendo World!
Nintendo and Universal publicized their partnership almost five years ago, and pledged to sprinkle a lot of Nintendo themed attractions to every Universal theme park. Construction has already begun at Universal Studios in Japan, who are getting their own version of Super Nintendo World which is slated to open in the coming year. Universal Studios in Hollywood has already started breaking ground with new construction that is also being said to be Super Nintendo attractions, but no public announcement has been made as of yet.
Even all the way in Singapore Universal Studios have made announcements about adding Nintendo to their attractions in coming years! But what about the Orlando attraction? The original vision was set to replace the KidZone at Universal Studios Florida, but the plans that were previously filed back in 2017 have shifted to the new Universal theme park. It seems like these plans were then cancelled and Super Nintendo World was then moved to their new Epic Universe.
Now it’s not too exciting just seeing the site plans, but it does give you a good idea of how the new land will look. The most incredible thing about these plans is you can actually overlay this section on top of the overall plans for Epic Universe and start to get a better idea of just how massive this entire project is!
The only bad part is having to patiently wait for Epic Universe to open their doors so we can have the chance to experience Super Nintendo World. Exciting times are ahead of us ladies and gentleman!
